How does the Solo to Team upgrade work?

When Mira ships multi-user collaboration (target Q3 2026), your Solo workspace auto-converts to Team. Same workspace ID, same knowledge graph, same integrations, just add up to 5 more seats. No migration, no setup repeat, no data loss. We give you 14 days advance notice before any billing change.

What if I'm not happy with Mira?

Charter Members can cancel any time, no written notice required. The 2 free months let you make a real decision before paying anything, and after that you stay only if Mira is earning it. The LOI also includes a July 31 latest-launch clause. If Mira doesn't ship Beta by then, the agreement is void and you owe nothing.

How long does the application take?

About 2 minutes. We review every application personally and respond within 48 hours. If you're a fit, we send you the Charter Member LOI to review and sign. That's when your spot is reserved.
